8. Payments and Invoices

Payment terms will be defined in the respective proposal, invoice, agreement, or statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Work begins after advance payment or written confirmation
• Milestone payments must be made as per agreed schedule
• Final delivery may be subject to completion of pending payments
• Third-party costs are billed separately or paid directly by the client
• Delayed payments may delay project delivery, support, or handover

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, platform fees, transaction charges, or third-party charges unless otherwise stated.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, project stage, work completed, and agreed commercial terms.

Custom software development, consulting, design, digital marketing setup, technical support, research, audit, and strategy work involve time, planning, and resource allocation. Therefore, payments may be non-refundable once work has started, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

10. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our work may involve third-party tools, platforms, plugins, hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, email providers, security tools, cloud services, CRM platforms, or software subscriptions.

HireMisterB Digital is not responsible for:

• Third-party downtime
• Pricing changes
• API limitations
• Plugin conflicts
• Policy changes
• Account suspensions
• Security incidents caused by third-party platforms
• Loss of access due to client-side account or billing issues

Third-party costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• HireMisterB Digital retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, processes, know-how, libraries, reusable components, methodologies, and internal intellectual property.
• Client-specific deliverables developed and paid for under an agreed project may be transferred to the client as per the contract or proposal terms.
• Website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials created by HireMisterB Digital for its own website remain the property of HireMisterB Digital.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use our website content, design, brand assets, case studies, service pages, or materials without written permission.

12. Portfolio and Case Studies

Unless otherwise stated:

• Resources are assigned based on availability and required skill set
• Monthly, hourly, or project-based models may apply
• Client feedback and project coordination are required
• Replacement or scaling requests may be handled based on availability
• Timesheets, reporting, and communication structure will be agreed separately

Resource hiring does not create direct employment between the client and the assigned resource unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

15. Digital Marketing and Performance Services

For SEO, PPC, social media, AI SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing services, results depend on multiple factors, including competition, budget, search engine algorithms, ad platform policies, website quality, content, market demand, and client approvals.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, ad approvals, or search engine outcomes unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

We commit to professional execution, transparent communication, and best-effort optimization based on agreed scope.

16. AI, Automation, and Emerging Technology Services

For AI, automation, data science, blockchain, IoT, or other emerging technology projects, outputs may depend on data quality, third-party APIs, model behavior, platform limitations, infrastructure, and use-case complexity.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving business use cases, compliance requirements, user-facing outputs, and operational decisions before deployment.

17. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and updated. However, we do not guarantee that all content is always complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every business situation.
